Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through powerhour.world, why, and what choices you have. The Power Hour™ is operated from Canada and we handle your information in line with Canadian privacy law, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

When you join the movement or send a partner enquiry we collect your first and last name and email address. Partner enquiries also include your company or organization and, optionally, an area of interest. To keep a record of your consent we also store the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.

The site does not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you updates about The Power Hour™ on October 5, 2027, to respond to partner enquiries, and to prove that you consented. We do not sell your information.

Email and consent

We only email updates to people who ticked the consent box and confirmed their address through the confirmation email we send. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will stop emailing you.

Who handles your information

Your information is stored and our emails are sent using Microsoft Azure services. These providers process it on our behalf and may store it outside Canada. Team members who run the event can see it. We may share partner enquiry details with the relevant team members only to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record so we do not email you again and to evidence your choices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing thepowerhour.world@gmail.com.

Donations and links

Donations are handled on a separate donation page run by our fiscal sponsor administrator, and other links on this site lead to third-party sites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
